JUNE 29: JOE GRUSHECKY & THE HOUSEROCKERS  

Since touring with the Iron City Houserockers in the late 70’s and recording a few solo records along the way, JoeGrushecky has become a staple in Rock & Roll music.  According to a Rolling Stone review that once echoed the words "[Grushecky & The House rockers] are up there with Springsteen, Petty and Seger," it’s obvious why he is constantly sought after for headliner gigs. 

Opener: THE LONGTIME DARLINGS are ready to introduce Pittsburgh to some of their singles from their debut full-length album now available on iTunes.

 

JULY 13: TOM WATT as “THE BUFFETT MAN”  


 

It really is paradise – Cheeseburgers optional!  Tom Watt has been dazzling music fans up and down the east coast, from Key West, throughout Florida and up to the Carolinas for almost a decade!  A true Jimmy double (in both looks and voice), he has regularly performed more than 1200 shows with his own unique tribute, including several talented musicians and a repertoire of songs that are sure to satisfy Landsharks everywhere.  Experience a special extended three hour "Buffett Concert" in Market Square.

 

JULY 20: THE BILLY PRICE BAND 

 The “East Coast, Blue-Eyed Soul Man!”  Billy Price has been touring up and down the East Coast for the past three decades and is often referred to as a local institution among the local music scene.  As Geoffrey Himes of the Washington Post has written, “Unlike so many blues revivalists, Price is not an imitation of older, better singers--he's the real thing.”

Opener: DREAM JOB is a soulful three man band exploding on the local music scene with their meaningful lyrics and relaxing beats.

 

JULY 27: JEFF JIMERSON & AIRBORNE  

With music styles covering the spectrum of today’s hottest hits, Jeff Jimerson & Airborne have been touring throughout the tri-state area for over twenty years.  His voice has been heard on several radio and television commercials, numerous Penguin, Pirate and Steeler game National Anthems, and most notably his appearance in the 1997 movie “Sudden Death”, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme.  Jeff surrounds himself with an extremely talented group of musicians and vocalists that help make Airborne a complete package. 

Opener: BEAR CUB shows how they are building a solid fan-base growing considerably in a short period of time and why they continually receive favorable coverage in the Pittsburgh music press.

 

AUGUST 3: To Be Announced 

Opener: DANIELLE BARBE will sample tracks off of her self-released, self-titled debut album currently garnering a buzz among fans and industry insiders and has even been featured on popular television shows.

 

AUGUST 10: JOHN McDONALD & THE MANGO MEN 

Slip south of the border and join in on an island party in Market Square with one of Pittsburgh's "premier party bands" (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette).  Since the mid 90's, John McDonald & the Mango Men have appeared in concert with many recording artists including The Beach Boys, Hall & Oates, and Smokey Robinson.  John McDonald & The Mango Men perform throughout the mid-Atlantic & the East Coast with classic rock & dance songs, including fun Caribbean-flavored Trop-Rock drenched in reggae, salsa, Latin and island rhythms. 

Opener: GUARACHA spices up the night with their Cuban run, Latin phenomenon that brings Hot, Original Salsa,Merengue, Cumbia, Reggeton, and other Tropical dance music, non-stop, to Market Square for the night!)

 

AUGUST 17: THE STICKERS  

 Known for their high energy stage shows and fun down-to-earth personalities, The Stickers captivate crowds of all ages. The band members are accomplished musicians and song writers who are on their way to leaving a lasting impression in Country Music.  Throw on your cowboy hat and head on down to Market Square to hear some of their biggest hits, including “Girl In A Pickup Truck,” and “She Don’t Like A Thing!”
